Obituary for Rosemary A. Williams (Foster)
She was born December 3, 1932 in Sherburne, NY, a daughter of Hubert and Mildred Eckert Foster and received her education in Sherburne schools. She married Charles E. Williams who predeceased her on March 27, 1995. Rosemary was a homemaker who enjoyed collecting hats and caps. She loved watching NASCAR and was a member of the Ronne Smith Fan Club.
Surviving are two sisters, Rita Yeska and Sally Bice, both of Sherburne; several nieces and nephews, including Sheila Frazier and Kevin Rundle, both of Sangerfield, Gene and Jennifer Whipple of Waterville; and Barbara Quackenbush Tine of Marcy. She was predeceased by a sister, Patricia Quackenbush.
Funeral services will be held at 1pm Saturday, February 18, 2017 from the Kloster & Northrop Memorial Chapel at Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 210 East Main St, Waterville, NY.
Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery, Bridgewater in the spring.
Friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Saturday from 11am to 1pm prior to the service.
