I was blessed to work with Jerry at Norwich Eaton as part of the Procter & Gamble contingent that came to Norwich. I handled the Urology business from the marketing standpoint and jerry was, of course, in the technical end of things.
Jerry was patient and kind and gave of his knowledge to this younger guy who had no previous knowledge about urology. He had a wonderful sense of humor and it was a joy to travel with him despite those darn cigars.
He really was a unique individual.
To his family, thank you for sharing Jerry with us over the years. I suspect that he would want a wake not a memorial service. Please spend some time telling stories about him. There are thousands of stories.
God got a good angel in Jerry.
With great affection
John Maver
