Obituary for Frances Freeman (Colabella)
Frances Colabella Freeman, 92, of Hamilton, formerly of Poolville, NY passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at home.
She was born in Yonkers, NY on April 18, 1926, and was a graduate of local schools. She married Phillips A. Freeman who predeceased her on June 1, 1980. Frances had worked as a professional secretary for the Johns Manville Co. for several years. She enjoyed gardening and doing arts and crafts. She was a member of the Poolville United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her sons, Phillip Freeman of Hamilton and Michael Freeman of Daytona, FL; step-sons, Jack of Wisconsin, Don “Jr.” of Clear Lake, CA; and Rich of Barre, VT; and one grandchild. She was predeceased by a sister, Anne Morisette and two brothers, George and Vincent Colabella.
In keeping with her wishes, there are no services.
Interment in the Poolville Cemetery is private.
