Obituary for William E. "Bill" Coble

William (Bill) E. Coble, 77, of Parsons St., Earlville, NY, passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at the Crouse Hospital in Syracuse, NY.
He was born August 20, 1941, in Cherry Tree, PA, a son of Harry and Elizabeth Klapak Coble, and was a graduate of Purchase Line High School.
On June 8, 1968, Bill married Frieda B. Smith in Johnson City, NY. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and worked as an independent truck driver for many years; he especially enjoyed hauling log homes throughout the USA. He served as a Village of Earlville Trustee and was very involved in community activities.
Surviving are his brothers, Samuel (Darla) Coble of Marion Center, PA, and Daniel (Patricia) Coble of Conesus, NY, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, his sister Judith M. Person, and his brother Garry S. Coble.
In keeping with his wishes, there are no services or calling hours.
A Celebration of Life and interment with military honors in the Earlville Cemetery will be held at the convenience of the family.
