Catherine DePuy Manwarren, of Morrisville, NY, passed away Thursday, September 20, 2018 at the Valley View Manor Nursing Home in Norwich, NY.
She was born in Earlville, a daughter of the late Elliott and Doris Curtis Sandberg Crumb and was a graduate of Morrisville-Eaton High School. She married Richard Manwarren who predeceased her. Catherine had worked at the Gerrit Smith Infirmary in Eaton for 17 years. She was a communicant of St. Agatha Catholic Church in Oneida.
Surviving are her children, Julie and Scott Dillman of Taberg; Richard DePuy, Melissa DePuy and husband Don Brondou, all of Eaton; two sisters, Linda Bush of Oneida and Margaret Markowski of West Eaton; a brother, Carl Sandberg of Daytona Beach, FL; seven grandchildren, Lianna Hickey, James Hickey, Cody DePuy, Brooke DePuy, Joanna Chandler, Reece Dailey and Aeryn Jackson; seven great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by three sisters, Helen Dooley, Mary Grover and Mable Close, and a brother, Howard Roache.
In keeping with her wishes, services are private.
