Obituary for Johnathan A. Beach

Johnathan Alan Beach, 16, of Swamp Road, Waterville, NY, passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018, as a result of a motor vehicle accident.
He as born August 23, 2001 in Hamilton, the son of Carl and Cindy Sheldrick Beach. Johnathan was entering his senior year at Waterville Central School. He enjoyed working at Phil Barnes & Sons and helping his grandparents at their store, Klings Mill, North Brookfield.
John also enjoyed farming, hunting, fixing machinery, welding, lawn mowers, 4-wheelers and most of all riding his dirt bike. He truly loved his family and hanging with his friends.
Surviving are his mother, Cindy (Jake) Hafelin of Madison; father, Carl (Belinda Donahue) Beach of Waterville; maternal grandparents, John and Joyce Sheldrick of Richfield Springs; paternal grandparents, Alan and Carol Beach of North Brookfield; great grandfather William Shelrick of Middleberry, VT; siblings, Elisabeth (John Golden) Beach, Andrew (McKenzie Tilbe) Beach, Gracie Beach, a step-brother, Jeremiah Hafelin, step-siblings, Jeffrey Jenkins, Cassandra Jenkins, Taylor Donahue and JP Hafelin. Also surviving are a girlfriend, Lexux Eaton of Eaton; special friends including Michael “Woodzy” Wood, John Furner, Matt Zike “Meatball”, Brayton Furner, Cole Buschor; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 1pm Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Amazing Grace Baptist Church, 4773 Rt. 12B, Oriskany Falls, NY followed by interment in North Brookfield Cemetery.
Friends are invited to call from 10am to 1pm prior to the service.
