Condolence: I worked with Kevin many years at WECC and grew to love him. Lots of times we were basically alone at work. I was in the Lodge; he was doing maintenance or running errands, and was very busy. What a great guy. I used to make his plate of food because he was so diabetic. When my sister, Marlene, died, I sold him her boat and motor. He spit shined it (like everything) and had it on Lake Moraine. It's been over six months since he died, and I still can't believe he isn't here on earth. Always with a dog, always happy to see you. God Bless you, Kevin. I miss you.
Condolence: I am saddened to see your life cut short. I don't think you realize how many friends you have left behind. I will miss your passion for the outdoors, your obvious love of dogs and their love of you, and your laughter. And I hope you find the peace and contentment that seemed to elude you for so many of your years. Rest in peace, my friend.
Condolence: My heart is saddened as you go through this painful loss. There are no words to soften your sorrow, but I know you will be there for each other.
The orange dayliles are blooming here now. 46 yrs. ago Kevin picked one for me as he walked to my house one day. My heart rejoiced when I saw it (and him), and I love the yearly reminders of him as they bloom everywhere. Back in those days he also liked listening to "Jimi". I found a quote, "The story of life is quicker than the blink of an eye, the story of love is hello and goodbye...until we meet again." by Jimi Hendrix
I am praying for you....~Nancy~
