OBITUARY

Robert T. Donnelly

Robert “Bob” T. Donnelly, 68, of Norwich, NY passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, May 7, 2018, after a long battle with emphysema. He was surrounded by his loved ones.
He was born November 20, 1949 in Norwich, NY, of Daniel and Winifred Murray Donnelly. Bob grew up and attended the local schools in East Pharsalia and Donnellyville. He served in the U.S. Navy. He married his best friend Pamela Burlison on July 10, 1975.
Throughout Bob’s many adventurous years with his wife, he enjoyed driving his 18-wheeler for over 20 years with Virginia-Carolina Trucklines of Richmond, VA. He also enjoyed working on cars, going to car shows and attending the local county fair’s demolition derbies. He loved sitting down to coffee and talking with anyone who wanted to listen to his stories. His wonderful spirit and joy will always be remembered by anyone that had the chance to be part of his life.
Surviving are his wife Pam of Norwich; children, Mikayla (Brian) of Binghamton and Josh (Melissa) of Earlville; grandchildren, Dominic, Shawna, Summer and Scarlette; great grandson, Chase; brother, Dan (Irene) of Maine; sister Fern of Maine; and many special nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his parents; daughters, Stacey and Tracey; and brother, Tom.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
