Condolence: "Say not in grief he is no more, but live in thankfulness that he was." Our condolences to Millie, Teri, Mark, and Scott. Jim impacted the lives of the entire Livonia School District community during his time with us. His ability to "plant the seed" and convince the entire educational community to buy into his vision as their own helped to create a school district that excels in all aspects of education -- academics, arts, and athletics. The students and educators were truly blessed to have him as a truly inspiring mentor.

Condolence: As fellow Church members, it was a pleasure to have known Jim, and grateful for the services he provided St. Thomas'during his time with us. We wish to offer the following ~ Author: Unknown God's Garden: God looked around his garden, And He found an empty place. And then He looked down upon the earth, And saw your tired face. He put His arms around you, And lifted you to rest. God's garden must be beautiful, He always takes the best. He knew that you were suffering, He knew you were in pain. He knew that you would never get well upon this earth again. He saw the road was getting rough, And the hills were hard to climb, So He closed your weary eyelids, And whispered "Peace be thine". It broke our hearts to lose you. But you didn't go alone, for part of us went with you, The day God called you home. Rest in peace!
