Condolence From: Mark Block
Condolence: Sue’s sudden passing hit me hard . She’s been a lifelong friend during and after our Champion years. She has a very special place in my heart and memories for being ‘genuine’ – honest, sincere, thoughtful, family-centered. Our working relationship was stellar – her smarts, intellect, common sense and tell-it-like-it-is responses could always be counted on in every discussion. On the personal side, a special memory is her annual Christmas cards and letters - old-fashioned, hand written updates on everyday life, mutual friends and time with Richard, Mike & Angie and the kids - for 30 years. I’ll always remember her as a glowing personality who embraced life and all its possibilities. And I’ll miss her. Mark Block

Condolence: On behalf of our congregation here at the Perry First United Methodist Church I would like to extend my condolences. Many at our church knew her well and thought very highly of her. May God be especially close to you at this time.

Condolence: Dear Spellicy Family. I am so sad to hear this news. What a lady she was and I mean lady. I had the pleasure and honor to work with Sue at Champion for 18 years. She was always dressed like a lady and from head to toe had it all put together. Just like Pat, she worked as hard as the men and was highly respected. My deepest sympathy to all you and just losing my dad a few weeks ago, it is never easy no matter how old or young they are or we are. She left her mark here in Perry and will be missed but always remembered. My thoughts are with you. God Bless.
