Betty I. Brown, 92, formerly of Earlville, NY, passed away Thursday, January 11, 2018, at the Crouse Community Center in Morrisville.
Betty was born December 6, 1925 in the Town of Nelson, daughter of August and Jessie Sabine Hutchcraft. She was a graduate of Georgetown High School and Central City Business Institute. She was wed to the late Raymond Brown. She worked as an administrator at Gerrit Smith Infirmary, then a bookkeeper/clerk at Morrisville-Eaton Central School.
Betty is survived by her children, Sandra Phillips of Waller, TX, Ann and Timothy Thomas of Shelburne, VT, and Glenn and Connie Brown of Eaton; sister Cora Galster of East Syracuse; and grandchildren, Michael Phillips, James Thomas, Rae Brown and Hayley Brown.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no services. Interment will be private in the Eaton Village Cemetery in the spring.
