Obituary for Charlotte K. Harter (Kincaid)
MORRISVILLE: Charlotte K. Harter, 88, of Morrisville, and formerly of Beaver, PA passed away Tuesday, August 29, 2017, at Crouse Community Center.
Charlotte was born in Messengers Bay, NY on May 3, 1929, a daughter of Arthur and Bessie (White) Kincaid and was a graduate of Canastota High School. Charlotte married Richard C. Bellinger who predeceased her in March 1954. She later wed Edwin S. Harter on October 18, 1959. He predeceased her in January 1994.
Charlotte was a member of the Morrisville Community Church. While living in Beaver, PA for 18 years, she enjoyed participating in women’s group activities and antique club. She also enjoyed card club and bowling. Following the retirement of Edwin, the couple returned to Morrisville and spent summers at Eaton Brook and winters in Arizona.
Charlotte is survived by two daughters, Kimberly Harter of Chandler, AZ and Rebecca and Tim McCarthy of Morrisville; and grandchildren Timothy and Sarah. She is predeceased by sister Clara and a brother Curtis.
Services and interment in Morrisville Rural Cemetery will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Crouse Community Center Activities, 101 South St., Morrisville, NY 13408.
