WATERVILLE: William P. Kervin, 64, of Stafford Ave., passed away Sunday, July 16, 2017 at his home.
He was born December 11, 1952 in Boonville, NY, a son of the late Everett P. Kervin and Elizabeth L. Cruikshank. He was a graduate of Waterville High School. William was a lifelong Waterville resident and a self-employed carpenter and contractor.
Surviving are his long-time friend and mother of his children, Theresa Davis of Waterville; his mother, Elizabeth L. Cruikshank of Wilmington, NC; sons and daughters-in-law, William P., II and Jillian G. Kervin of Waterville and Michael A. and Tara Anne Kervin of Alexandria, VA; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lorraine and Blair Poteate and Karen and John McIntyre, all of Wilmington, NC; brothers, Edward Kervin of San Antonio, TX and Kevin Kervin of Waterville; grandchildren, Aiden and Julia; an aunt, Thelma Farr of Boonville; several nieces and nephews, and many cousins. He was predeceased by his infant sister, Joan.
A celebration of his life will be held at the convenience of his family with interment in St. Bernard’s Cemetery, Waterville.
