Condolence From: Gary and Lorry Rice

Condolence: I just found out Fran passed away. I met Fran at the Norwich Rehab Center while visiting my Dad, Edwin Winner. My Dad thought the world of Fran and I could see why. She was a delightful person. My sister and I stopped in to say hello the day before she passed and we knew at that time we would be saying goodbye. I am sure she is looking down on us smiling and giggling. My life was brightened knowing Fran. May she rest in peace.
